- Hardener – Press F to check the acquisition info, and there are various ways. Go to Vesper, and farm the resource boxes/munition boxes to get the Hardeners. Tab, and you can find them around the area.
- Nanopolymers – Same as before, check the acquisition info, and you will find it also in the resource boxes, as well as munition boxes in the Agna Desert area.
Crystal Biogel
The best area to farm the Crystal Biogel is through the White Night Gulch – Zone Recon Mission – Shipment Base: Vulgus Strategic Outpost. It comes from the boss. There is a chance, so you will have to keep farming it till you get it.
Python Polymer Synctium
The best area to get the Python Polymer Synctium is the Hard mode Abyssal Void Fusion Reactor in the Kingston Grand Square. You will need the Amorphous Material Pattern 054 which gives you a 32 percent drop of Python Polymer Synctium.
Then, go to the Fallen Theater: Vulgus Strategic Outpost – Zone Recon Mission in Kingston to get the Amorphous Material 054. It has a 25 percent drop rate chance. Then after you have the Amorphous Material 054, come to the Void Mission we mentioned to open it.
Steps:
- Go to the Fallen Theater: Vulgus Strategic Outpost – Zone Recom Mission in Kingston, and farm multiple Amorphous Material 054 in Hard Mode.
- Come back to the Abyssal Void Fusion Reactor in the Kingston Grand Square, and killing the boss will enable you to open the Amorphous Material, combined, this gives the best chance of getting the Python Polymer Synctium to unlock Python – Best SMG in The First Descendant.
Python Synthetic Fiber Blueprint
- Silicon – Open resource and munition boxes in the Echo Swamp area to get Silicon for the Python Synthetic Fiber Blueprint.
- Flectorite – Same as before, open resource and munition boxes in the White Night Gulch area to get the Flectorite for Python Synthetic Fiber Blueprint.
Positive Ion Particle
You usually get these Positive Ion Particles from bosses. The best location to farm Positive Ion Particles for Python SMG is the Battlefield Mission – Surveillance Location in the Agna Desert – Vermillion Waste area. It won’t show you but the boss gives you this item.
Python Synthetic Fiber
It is quite easy to get, but the easiest in the four choices is actually the Intercept Boss Battle – Grave Walker on Normal through the Amorphous Material Pattern 005. This one gives you a 38 percent chance of dropping the Python Synthetic Fiber.
But, where do you get the Amorphous Material Pattern 005 from? The best location is the Defend Albion Resource in Kingston. The acquisition chance for this is around 25 to 80 percent.
Steps:
- Go to the Kingston Albion Resource Defense battle and farm the Amorphous Material Pattern 005.
- Then, defeat Intercept Boss Battle – Grave Walker on Normal to open the Amorphous Material 005, having a percentage chance to acquire the Python Synthetic Fiber.

Python Nano Tube Blueprint
- Monad Shard – A common resource that you can get through munition or resource boxes in Kingston.
- Ceramic Composite – You can farm these by going to White Night Gulch and opening resource or munition boxes.
Conductive Metallic Foil
You can either get this from bosses or encrypted storage boxes, also called the encrypted vaults. The best method is actually opening encrypted boxes/vaults in the Vesper area.

Sometimes, the map is quite off, but to find the Encrypted Vaults, you need to continuously press the tab button which makes a strange gulping sound. Move around and the sound changes to a “ting” sound. Follow the sound to reach the Encrypted Vault.
Note: If you are part of the team, you need to stay close and any one of you can do it, and all of you can pick the materials dropped from the Encrypted Vault from that location.
Python Nano Tube
The recommended way to get the Python Nano Tube is Intercept Boss Battle – Executioner on hard which lets you open the Amorphous Material Pattern 059. It has a very high drop rate of 32 percent.
But, how can you get the Amorphous Material Pattern 059? The best way is to do the Kingston – Calling of the Descendant Slumber Valley on Hard, as it has a 100 percent drop rate.
When you select the mission, you will notice that there is an option to pick a different reward. You need to change it to Amorphous Material Pattern 059.
Steps:
- Do the Kingston – Calling of the Descendant Slumber Valley on Hard to get the Amorphous Material 059, and farm it multiple times.
- Then, do the Intercept Boss Battle – Executioner on hard, and open the Amorphous Material 059, having a higher chance of getting the Python Nano Tube.
Python Blueprint
Last but not least we have here the Python Blueprint required to unlock the Ultimate Weapon Python – Best SMG in The First Descendant.
The best way to get the Python Blueprint is the Sterile Land – Abyssal Void Fusion Reactor – Steril and Repository on hard.
But before you do that, you need to get the Amorphous Material Pattern 063, which you can get through the Hard Mode Sterile Land – The Repository Vulgus Strategic Outpost.
This is an additional reward. You need to have Sharen to actually get this as an additional reward.
These are further locked behind the Void Mission – Abyssal Void Fusion Reactor – Sterile Land Repository.
