In Palworld, you can’t simply catch the strongest Pals and make them fight the strongest bosses. Rather, each Pal is immune to certain Elements, and they also are prone to others.
So, the best method would be to learn about the Element your enemy is prone to and use that specific Elemental Pal against that enemy. For example, you can use a Fire Element Pal against an Ice Element Pal for the best outcome.

Best Neutral Element Damage Pal
The Best Pal for Neutral Elemental Damage in Palworld is Paladius, and he is an exceptional Pal to capture. He is great against enemies prone to the Neutral Damage in Palworld.
On top of that, you can also ride Paladius, and use him as a mount to traverse the massive Palworld map.
Location
To find Paladius and capture him, you have to head towards the far end of the map (top-right). The coordination is “447, 679“.
After reaching the location, you will come across two of these, one for the daytime and one for the nighttime.
Alternative
Paladius is a Level 50 Pal, and that is the end-game content. In case you are in the early to mid-game, the alternative to Paladius – A neutral fighting Pal is Galeclaw or Gorirat.
Best Firebase Element Damage Pal
The Best Pal for Fire Damage in Palworld is Jormuntide Ignis. He is an exceptional Fire Damage Pal and comes with the Dragon and Fire Element, but he shines in Firebase specifically.
Jormuntide is also great for defending the base because of his higher defensive and attacking points, yet he is Level 4 in Kindling, which takes him to another level as a defensive Fire Pal.
Location
To find and capture Jormuntide Ignis, you must travel towards the map’s far side (top-left). The coordinates are “-664, -117“.
Alternative
Jormintide is a Level 48 character, which is again a late-game Pal. So, the best alternative to Firebase Elemental Damage is Bushi.
Best Grass Element Damage Pal
The Best Grass Damage type Pal in Palworld is Warsect. He is an incredible Pal when used on Grass, or Ground, because of his skill set.
You can change the stats of Warsect to Grass or Ground, but it is mainly considered one of the strongest Grass Element Pals in Palworld.
Location
Warsect is difficult to get, and you have to travel towards the far side of the map (center top left), where you pick up Jermentide from. In the image above, the island is indicated by a yellow highlight, where you will find and capture Warsect.
Alternative
The best alternative to Warsect – Best Grass Element Pal is Lyleen. She has one incredible skill that heals you when you are in combat.
Best Ground Element Damage Pal
The Best character for Ground Damage in Palworld is Anubis. One of the best aspects of Anubis is that he can dodge attacks when in defensive mode, avoiding fights.
Location
Anubis is a high-level boss fight. You can find and capture Anubis in the top-center side of the map, at the coordinates “-134, -95“.
Alternative

Best Lightning Element Damage Pal
The Best Lightning Damage Pal in Palworld is Axel & Orserk. Being an all-out fighting Pal, you can win battles where the enemy or boss Pals are prone to Electricity.
Furthermore, Axel Orserk is grat for generating electricity because of his Level 3 work skills.

You can find and capture Axel & Orserk on the far side (top right) side of the map, at the coordinates “645, 619“.

The best alternative for the Best Electric Pal in Palworld is going to be Grizzbolt. He is a bit high-level Pal in Palworld, but second Best Electric Elemental Damage Pal.
Best Water Element Damage Pal
The Best Water Element Pal in Palworld is Jormuntide. He is extremely powerful Pal because of the attack damage he deals in combat.
The Level 4 Watering will also enable you to farm efficiently in the base.
Location
Jormintide is a boss fight, and you can find him, as well as capture him in the center of the map, at the coordinates “-176, -267“.
Alternative
The best alternative to Jormuntide is Azurobe, another Water Element Pal in Palworld. Second to Jormuntide, early to mid-game, the best Water Damage Pal is Azurobe.
Best Ice Element Damage Pal
The Best Ice Pal in Palworld is Frostallion, and he also has the fastest attack speed in the game.
Because of the Level 4 Cooling, Frostallion is going to cool your base and Pals immediately. He can also run quickly on the ground, and is a quick-flying Pal, making him quite a versatile Pal to get.
