- Grab the map fragment to reveal Jagged Peak.

Defeat the Dragonpit Boss
- Start at the Dragonpit Terminus, Site of Grace.
- Defeat the boss to acquire the Dragon Hunter’s Great Katana.
- This weapon is incredibly powerful against the enemies you’ll face here.
Explore and Loot
- Head South:
- The area is initially empty but filled with loot towards the end.
- Key location: Dragon Communion Priestess.
- Go Northeast:
- Collect loot and reach the foot of Jagged Peak, Site of Grace.
Facing the Jagged Peak Drake
With the Dragon Hunter’s Great Katana, you’re ready to face the Jagged Peak Drake. This weapon’s Dragon Wound Slash is incredibly effective.
- Deal 4,500 damage quickly without even connecting the weapon.
- Stun the drake for a fully charged slash, dealing nearly 7,000 damage.
- Follow up with a critical hit to finish off the boss.
Alternatively, if you don’t like the Dragon Hunter’s Great Katana, you can go for the Strongest Bleed – Ansbach’s Armor Set Build.
Collect More Loot
- Grab the sharp gravel stone in the arena.
- Ignore the sheep and undead beastmen; there’s no decent loot in this pass.

- Use Igon’s Cookbook 1 to craft powerful items with sharp gravel stones.

Charo’s hidden grave is likely named after Charon, the ferryman of the Greek underworld. Pronounce it as Karo or Charon.
- Run northwest to grab the sight of grace.
- Return to Dragonpit Terminus and head northeast towards the foot of the peak.
Preparing for Bael the Dread
Journey to the Foot of Jagged Peak
- Head east from the pool where you fought the first dragon boss.
- Ignore most of the area and run east.
- Grab the Greater Potentates Cookbook and the Foot of the Jagged Peak, Site of Grace.
Boss Battle Strategy
- Let the two dragons fight it out until the boss is at two-thirds health.
- Jump in and spam Dragon Wound Slash to finish the fight.
Interacting with NPCs
- Speak to Igon and exhaust his dialogue to prepare for the fight with Bael the Dread, through the Igon’s Quest.
- Igon grants you his furled finger to summon him for the boss fight.
Final Challenges and Rewards
Facing Ancient Dragon Senesax
- Stay mounted on Torrent.
- Bait out slow charge attacks by running far away.
- Charge in for a heavy attack and retreat.
Looting Dragon Corpses
- Collect sharp gravel stones from dragon corpses.
- Light the Jagged Peak Mountainside, Site of Grace.
Igon’s Cookbook 2
- Head east from the sight of grace to find Igon’s Cookbook 2.
Returning to the Dragon Communion Priestess
- Exhaust her dialogue and devour draconic essence.
- Pass the time until night and rest to trigger her new stance.
Final Preparations
- Head southwest towards the Spirit Spring.
- Carefully jump down near the edge of the cliff to find the Domain of Dragons painter.
Climbing to Bael the Dread’s Arena
- Jump over gaps in the mountains to reach another Spirit Spring.
- Collect crafting materials and an ancient dragon smithing stone.
Final Boss: Bael the Dread
Prepare for a tough fight with Bael the Dread, as he is considered one of the Best Elden Ring DLC Bosses. Summon Igon for assistance and use all your learned strategies to defeat him. You can use the Highest Damage Weapons in Elden Ring DLC for an upper hand.
- Once defeated, return to Florisax for quest rewards.
